Wedding Questionnaire
Please fill this in and return to me at least 2 weeks before your wedding so I can plan for the day. Any info you think may be helpful, any extra touches you are adding to your ceremony like a hand fasting, cousin playing the guitar etc put it down for me. Please also mention any family issues for example mobility issues which will impact where group photos should be taken or any groups where I need to pay attention to who is together. I am always discreet about family situations (hey everybody has them) but it is better to know and avoid causing any discomfort.
Group Photos : I will bring the list of photos along to help with organising group shots. Try to keep group shots to a short list as these do take time and I can not guarantee all group photos will be taken if guests are not present at the time, time runs out or weather is an issue.
Please check which package you have booked - for capsule coverage I will not be attending prep address so these are not necessary. Capsule coverage includes the ceremony (30mins before start time) couple portraits and family portraits to a maximum of 4hours. I can capture some detail shots in this time but it does not include speech coverage unless agreed in advance.
For packages including first dance cut off time unless otherwise agreed is 10pm, any time after this will incur an additional fee of £125 per hour (or part thereof) and will be payable before your photographs are delivered.
Prep coverage unless otherwise agreed will start 2hours before ceremony time. If you are both getting ready at the same location or it is a small distance between you I can cover both prep sessions. For prep further apart a second shooter can be added for £125 for coverage of morning prep.
